Develozy has never sold, leased, traded, or monetized user data, nor will we ever do so. All infrastructure partners operate under enforceable Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) binding them to stringent confidentiality and cybersecurity mandates.

We retain prospective project correspondence for up to twelve (12) months to preserve context across multi-phase studio engagements. For contracted commercial clients, financial transactions, project agreements, and milestone invoices are preserved for the legal compliance durations required by Indian fiscal regulations. Once data is no longer operationally or legally necessary, all personally identifiable information is permanently scrubbed or anonymized across servers and backups.
