The terms, in plain language.
- Payment
- 50% to begin. The balance once the build is approved on our server, before transfer to yours. Longer terms can be split across quarterly installments.
- Ownership
- You own the repository, the domain and every third-party account. There is no proprietary layer holding your site hostage at renewal.
- Renewal
- Maintenance continues month to month after the term unless you tell us otherwise. No auto-renewing multi-year lock-in.
- If it goes wrong
- Per our business agreement, an unsatisfied customer is paid off within 90 days — the time it takes to settle accounts and return the funds.
