The problem
A premium studio losing leads to response time. Enquiries arrived at every hour across WhatsApp, Instagram and the phone, and availability questions had to be answered manually before any conversation about price could start.
What we built
- “Ria” — a branded AI assistant grounded in the studio’s real packages, with suggested prompts, a WhatsApp handoff to the team, and a visible notice that answers may be approximate
- Date-availability checker filtered by city and event type
- Booking and enquiry workflow with email notifications
- Before/after drag slider comparing raw captures to the graded frame
- Filterable gallery organised by couple and event
- Cinema section with showreel and long-form film playback
- Dark and light theming, plus a language switcher
- Live Instagram feed and floating WhatsApp contact
